Education and professional career:
Since 2006 member of the research team, Institute of Photonics and Electronics AS CR.
2007 – Ph.D. degree attained at Czech technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Microelectronics.
2002 – MSc. degree attained at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University (Ukraine), Faculty of Physics, Department of Electronics and Power Engineering.
Field of scientific activity:
Electrophoretic deposition (EPD). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and focused ion beam microscopy (FIB). Electrical characterization of semiconductor materials (C–V, I–V, DLTS, Hall effect, Admittance spectroscopy). Optical characterization of semiconductor materials (Vis–UV spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy).
Publication activities:
Author or co–author of 21 scientific papers published in refereed journals and 34 international conference contributions.

Sensor materials, Electrical and optical characterization of semiconductor materials.
