Brief Curriculum Vitae

Donatella Puglisi graduated in Physics and pursued her Ph.D. degree in Physics at the University of Catania, Italy, in 2005 and 2009, respectively. During 2009–2012 she worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at Politecnico di Milano, Como, Italy, and for the following two years as a post–doc at Linköping University (LiU), Sweden. At present, she is an assistant professor at the research division Applied Sensor Science, LiU. Puglisi works on sensor processing, characterization, and development of gas sensitive field effect transistors based on silicon carbide (SiC–FETs) for the detection of trace amounts of hazardous air pollutants, such as volatile organic compounds (formaldehyde, naphthalene, and benzene), nitrogen oxides, and ammonia, for environmental monitoring and indoor air quality control.Donatella Puglisi graduated in Physics and pursued her Ph.D. degree in Physics at the University of Catania, Italy, in 2005 and 2009, respectively.
